Practical information

Workshop venue interior with participants at workstations

The venue

The workshop takes place in Zagreb at Savska cesta 41. The room is set up with individual workstations, power outlets at every seat, and stable WiFi. Refreshments are available throughout the session.

Group size and format

Sessions are kept small so every participant can receive individual attention when needed. The format is a mix of brief explanations followed by hands-on practice. There is no extended lecture component.

Technical requirements

You need a device (laptop, tablet, or smartphone) and your business OIB. If you already have fiscalization software installed, bring it. If not, we cover software options during the session.

Duration

Four hours including a short break. Morning sessions run 09:00 to 13:00. Arrival from 08:45 for setup.

Language

Sessions are conducted in Croatian. Written materials are available in both Croatian and English.

What you take with you

A configured system

Your device is set up and working. You have issued at least one real e-invoice before leaving the room. The system is yours to use immediately.

Reference materials

A written guide covering the most common operations and error codes. Formatted for quick reference when you're in the middle of a transaction and something unexpected happens.

Regulatory updates

When Croatian e-invoice regulations change, you receive a plain-language summary of what is different and what action, if any, you need to take.
