You don't need to become a tech expert. You need to issue invoices.

This page explains who the workshop is designed for, what you need to bring, and what you can expect to be able to do when you leave.

Recognize yourself in any of these?

Electricians and plumbers

You work on-site, often for multiple clients in a day. You need to issue invoices quickly, sometimes from your phone. The workshop covers mobile device setup.

Transport and delivery

You're often away from a desk. Fiscalization on a mobile device is particularly relevant for you, and the workshop addresses this specifically.

Food and hospitality

Cafes, catering, small restaurants. You have high transaction volume and need to understand how fiscalization works under pressure, when the system cannot be slow or unreliable.

Creatives and freelancers

Photographers, designers, consultants registered as craftsmen or sole proprietors. You may invoice infrequently but still need to comply. The workshop is useful even if you issue just a few invoices per month.

Come prepared, leave ready

The workshop is hands-on. These are the things you need to bring to get the most out of it.

Your device

The laptop, tablet, or phone you actually use in your business. If you use multiple devices, bring the one you invoice from most often. We configure the real thing, not a demo machine.

Your OIB and business details

Your personal identification number, business name, and registered address. These are needed to set up the fiscalization certificate correctly during the workshop.

Access credentials

If you already have a FINA certificate or an ePorezna account, bring the login details. If you don't have these yet, the workshop covers how to obtain them.

A charged device and charger

The workshop runs for four hours. Bring your charger. The venue has power outlets at every seat.

Things people usually ask before registering

Do I need any technical background to attend?

No. The workshop is designed for people who are comfortable using a phone or computer for basic tasks but have no experience with fiscalization systems or e-invoice formats. If you can send an email, you can attend this workshop.

What if my device has a problem during the workshop?

Instructors are present throughout the session and move through the room to help participants who encounter issues. Most device-specific problems can be resolved on the spot. If something cannot be resolved during the workshop, you receive written instructions to follow up afterward.

I already have some software installed. Is that a problem?

Not at all. If you already have fiscalization software installed, the workshop helps you verify it is configured correctly and understand how to use it properly. We work with whatever you have, not a standardized demo setup.

Does the workshop cover the B2G (government invoicing) requirements?

Yes. The workshop covers both the fiscalization requirements for consumer transactions and the e-invoice format requirements for invoicing public sector clients. These have different technical requirements and both are addressed.

What happens if the regulations change after I attend?

Workshop participants receive updates when Croatian e-invoicing regulations are amended. The update explains what changed, what you need to do differently, and whether any software configuration needs to be updated. This is included as part of attending the workshop.
